Coming this week, I will begin writing my experiences and knowledge based on: Posture, How the systems work together and How small tweaks can help you: work, exercise, feel and be more comfortable in your body.
I will do my best to schedule it out on Wednesdays, around lunch time.
I encourage you to comment about what you find helpful, interesting, simply a thumbs up is fine, and ask questions about things that don’t make sense. That is the best way for both of us to learn efficiently.
In the first post I will introduce Posture, what is it, why is it important and a few key points to why it is so important to keep It in good condition. Also, I will touch on what professions are helpful and why they are so great.
