I have moved to Noterro for my scheduling platform, it is clinically based and has many helpful features for the depth of files I have to write for our appointments. As well there are some great opportunities for you. Let me share with you and show you how our Noterro App works.
Brand New to Strategic Therapeutics Massage, Let's get started!
S.T.M. is a plan/task oriented set of services, aiming to achieve set out goals, like pain reduction/ management, mobility enhancements, and how to maintain benefits in and between appointments through home therapy foundational work.
Within the Treatment Plan there is a flow to the treatments that support lessening of stress; physical, mental and emotional.
To first assess for our Treatment Plan, we need to have a 30-minute Assessment.
Step 1:
To create your account go to S.T.M.'s Online Portal
Click Log In
Put in your email address. A window will pop up and say this email is unaffiliated to an account and to make an account.
Step 2.
Make a username and password for your account and answer the listed questions.
Once you have created your account you will have access to reserve your appointments.
Note: If you have prior appointments that Victoria has scheduled for you and you don't see them on your account, this is because Victoria has to confirm your account in the back office. So we recommend creating your account and then schedule additional appointments the next day, when you'll be able to see all of your current appointments.
First Time Users -
If it is your first time at Strategic Therapeutics Massage, please select a date and time when you would like to have your initial 30-minute assessment, in the service menu labeled 30-minute Initial Assessment.
Redeeming a Gift Card -
If it is your first time because someone has gifted you a gift card, please schedule your appointment in the service menu labeled Pre-paid Appointment
Quarterly Tune-Up Treatments -
Quarterly Tune-Up appointments are available for those who don't have particular areas of focus to need a skilled tailored plan and really want a treatment focused on Rejuvenation. A Quarterly Tune-Up is available 3 times a year, and the treatment consists of a full body treatment to assess any areas of tension and the results will be brought to your attention after the treatment.
Scheduling additional appointments for your plan -
Schedule your appointments in advance, once we have made our Treatment Plan.
You are able to schedule out 3 months in advance.
The Noterro Dashboard -
Once you are logged in you will be able to:
Reserve appointments
Easily see any forms that need to be updated
See past or current appointments, and set what appointment reminders you receive
Review any shared SOAP notes from your appointments. (They are for your education and used to record medical work received in the case you are using HSA or FSA funds.)
And if you have any outstanding payments, those will be easily reviewable also.
You'll be able to download S.T.M.'s App onto your phone or computer, for convenience of scheduling.
