An Update on My Sabbatical

I want to share with you an important update regarding my sabbatical.

As many of you know, I stepped back from my practice to take time for rest, reflection, and personal responsibilities. However, losing my mother has been a profound loss, and the process of completing her estate has been far more demanding than I could have imagined.

My emotional energy is stretched thin, my spirit and body are still finding connection, and my mind is only slowly keeping up with all that must be done.

Because of this, I need to extend my sabbatical through January 2026.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this season of loss, discovery, and renewal. Your support means so much to me, and I look forward to returning when I am able to serve you with the presence and care you deserve.
